Description

BROCA add-on to ColoSeq(TM) is intended for patients who have tested negative for mutations ColoSeq(TM) Lynch and Polyposis panel who would benefit from full BROCA panel. The panel tests for additional genes that confer hereditary cancer risk. BROCA add-on to ColoSeq (TM) uses next-generation sequencing to detect most mutations in ATM, ATR, BAP1, BARD1, BMPR1A, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CDK4, CDKN2A, CHEK1, CHEK2, FAM175A (Abraxas), GALNT12, GEN1, MRE11A, NBN, PALB2, PRSS1, RAD50, RAD51, RAD51B, RAD51C, RAD51D, RET, TP53BP1, UIMC1, VHL, and XRCC2.
