Test Information: Bloodworks Northwest HLA placeholder code for initial evaluation of potential donors for living donor transplantation. Samples submitted to the HLA/Immunogenetics Laboratory will be tested for HLA Class I & II (A, B, C, DR, DQ, DP) Typing, and ABO group/Rh type. This panel includes Bloodworks NW Tests 3084-06 (HLA Class I & II Typing) and 3103-03 (ABO Rh, Donor), with potential reflex to 3118-00 (Single Antigen, A1 Lectin) for blood group A and AB donors only.

- Send routine samples via scheduled DLMP Courier pickups or Delivery Express according to the site’s preferred transportation method.
