Specimen Type: Sperm
Collection: Semen sample must be collected in a foil-wrapped specimen cup, and kept between room and body temperature for no more than 30 min prior to arrival at lab.
Handling Instructions: Keep specimen cup in reduced light, protected from Ultraviolet. Purify sperm from seminal fluid and other cell types. Place labeled cryo vial immediately into -80C freezer, onto dry ice, or immerse in liquid nitrogen to store.
